Today’s brew hails from Fredrick, Maryland and Flying Dog Brewery. This beer, Classic Pale Ale, is a security blanket for many of us when our first beer was a dud or slap in the face. The aroma of citrus grassy field meets your nose while the taste of hops and their skunk hit your tongue almost immediately. Really good bear, highly recommend to all those who want to try something new but still want to hang on to the familiar, though it’s hoppiness could steer some off course, this one is a good beer worth at least a shot by one and all.
