Flying Dog Snake Dog IPA:
Greetings Beer Compatriots! Today’s brew follows that common theme of beers (so far) of hoppy indulgence with Flying Dog’s Snake Dog India Pale Ale. Honestly, there isn’t much to say about this beer that hasn’t already been written in this column in other IPAs. It’s skunky with a bitter/sour taste and would pair very well with a spicy dish from the sub-Continent region. After experiencing what can be done with an IPA in Dogfish Head 90 minute, these run of the mill IPAs are a bit disappointing. I do feel the need to point out that Flying Dog does a very good and humorous job in describing their beers from time to time and instead of me filling this column with drivel I will share in a pitch perfect description of this IPA. Enjoy.

“Tired of those annoying 3AM hang-ups from your crazy, stalking EX? Turns out the same qualities that make your EX so damn annoying make our Snake Dog IPA so attractive. Chock full of bitterness, bite and attitude, it slaps you in the face with flavor. Just like your psycho EX did at the bar last weekend.”
