Today’s brew is the flagship beer of Left Hand Brewery, Sawtooth Ale. This beer is surprisingly tasty with the smoothness of a good pilsner but more…earthy. The taste of herbs and hops fill the beer but do not over power. Sitting and a respectable 5.9% ABV, this beer is drinks lighter than you would assume. Between the dry finish and surprisingly tasty brew, Left Hand Brewery is quickly moving up the list of admired beer makers. Looking forward to more from these southpaws.
