Today’s brew comes from that great brewery in South Texas, Shiner. This entry is their very delicious holiday beer, Holiday Cheer. Made with peaches, pecans and a blend of caramel malts, this beer is nothing short of amazing in its complexity and flavors. Even the staunchest beer hater has to admit that this bad bottle of brew is a nice flavor combo and should be enjoyed regularly while it’s available. Shiner has a nice history of producing uniquely flavored beers for their seasonal brews and this is a great way to kick off this year and build towards the next Shiner seasonal.
