Howdy sports fans! Today’s brew is one of many that hail from the geometrically sound state of Colorado. Left Hand Brewing Companies Pole Star Pilsner is a very good way to start of the week. It’s clean, crisp color added with a nice mild hop finish let this beer easily become a favorite of all those who drink it. I like the coloration of the beer in the chilled glass and its easy of drink was also welcome, since some beers with hop filled finishes can sometimes lose their appeal quickly. Another one to add to the “great for sitting and people watching beer” category.
