Redbridge:

Today’s brew is hypoallergenic! Yah! Made from Sorghum, Redbridge is Anheuser Busch’s attempt to make a beer for all those who feel that gluten is bad. Now if you have a gluten allergy, here you go, a beer for you. However, a lot of people have become susceptible to marketing and think that gluten free products are the way to go for a healthier them. Anyway, this beer is odd in it’s flavor (at least to me) by almost vanishing in the back-end. Most beer masters pride themselves on having brews that deliver a back end kick or extra flavor, but this one doesn’t follow that plan. I found that I had to actually taste it several times to confirm what I was drinking was first, a beer and two, a alcoholic beer. The fact that the beer almost vaporizes is odd to me and really outside the box.  Flavor wise the beer isn’t much past a normal American lager, slightly sweeter than a Budweiser but it in color. Recommended for those curious souls who want something else.
