Saint Arnold's Santo:
Today’s brew hails, once again, from Texas’ oldest craft brewery, Saint Arnold's in Houston. This brew, debuted in October 2011, is a nice dark Kolsch style brew. As with Xingu, this dark colored brew is very smooth in its taste and texture. The notes of caramel and hops almost dance in your mouth, doing a delectable dance of deliciousness, a ball of the bountiful, a tango of tastiness! Sorry, got carried away. Pairs well with mild or creamy cheeses and a good beer for those red meat lovers to accompany their prime rib.
