Tonight’s libation hails once again from our eastern neighbor, Louisiana. The Covington Brewhouse line is one that I discovered on a trip to the Abita Brewery back in the summer and my fascination with it has been ever growing. This Bock is a Maiboch beer with a super clean finish with just a hint of flower, sweetish hops to finish. The beer is a excellent pairing with almost any food that comes off the grill.
